to the Southeast Nebraska Radio Club
|The Southeast Nebraska Amateur Radio Club
(SENRC/SENARC) was first founded in 1936. The club had a noted influence
in Nebraska during the Golden Days of amateur radio. Today, after
all of these years, the club is still in existence. The meetings had been
combined into an annual fall picnic, but have now been expanded to twice
a year - a springtime Saturday breakfast in April and an autumn potluck
picnic with hopefully more expansion to come. Yes, we are laid
back and informal. Come join us and become a part of history.
The springtime breakfast meeting held the
first Saturday in April after tax day is a perfect springtime drive with
the leaves popping out.
The autumn potluck is held the last Saturday
in September at Coryell Park. For those that don't know, Coryell park is
NW of Auburn, and NE of Johnson, Nebraska. With the leaves beginning to
change, the autumn season is colorful and perfect for a 'ham' get together.
See you on 146.52 MHz simplex.
